A small tent (max. 2,5 x 2,5) may be pitched free of charge but exclusively on the Cottages, Canvas bungalows and Chalets sites if you wish and if the site is big enough without exceeding the number of persons allowed into the tenancy.

The furnished rentals are rented without board or toilet linens. Complete bedding linen is provided, one coverage per bed. Pillow slips, fitted sheets and sheets are disposable (not made of cloth). Fresh linens are on sale at the reception desk (Set single bed: 3 €, double kit: 4.5 €).
Option of renting cloth sheets and additional coverage.

The price also includes parking for 1 car (2 for the cottage, Lodge, cottages and Alize Azur), gas, electricity and access to all the free services of the campsite (see Activities and Events)

Cleaning at the departure : You have to clean your renting the day of your departure. Nevertheless, we can make the cleaning for a forfeit of 75€ (except washing of dishes).

All tariffs are given as an indication, established based on economic indicators in force and may be revised up or down depending on any changes in these indicators (VAT and local tax, for example).

WHAT YOU MUST KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

TOURIST TAX 2012 : 0.61€/day/pers>13. Free if <13.

CAMP SITES : Each tent site can accommodate no more 3 tents. Each caravan or motor home site can accommodate no more than 2 supplementary tents. The number of persons per site cannot exceed 4 persons except for a family, parents and children, including 6 people.
If your equipment is cumbersome by its size (awning, large caravan, supplementary tents), we would ask you to give us these details on the contract under the heading "remarks".

RENTALS : A small tent (max 2.5*2.5 m) may be pitched free of charge but exclusively on the cottages, canvas bungalow and chalets sites if you wish and if the site is big enough, without exceeding the number of persons allowed into the tenancy (please specify this information under the heading "remarks" of the booking contract).
The furnished rental are rented without board or toilet linens. Complete bedding linen is provided. Pillow slips, fitted sheets and sheets are disposable (not made of cloth). Fresh linens are on sale at the reception desk ( kit single bed : 3€, double bed : 4,5€). Option of renting cloth sheets.

DEPOSIT : 25% of the cost of your stay for rentals and for the sites.

BOOKING FEES : 35 € for the rentals and for the sites. From the period 06/05 to 05/07 and 31/08 to 20/09 booking fees are free

CANCELLATION INSURANCE (see general condition below) : is optional and costs 4 % of your total camping-caravanning or accommodation costs (minimum 13 € for the camping-caravanning and 18 € for the rentals).
Do not forget that without insurance, you will not be reimbursed for any amount paid if you cancel or shorten your stay.

PRATICAL INFORMATION AND GENERAL CONDITIONS

BOOKING AND PAYING FOR YOUR STAY :

CAMPING/CARAVAN SITES :
The reservation includes the site for the tent/caravan and a vehicle, or a camping-car, access to the reception area, toilets/showers.
For the period from 6/7 to 24/8, reservations must be for a minimum of 2 nights.

RENTAL ACCOMODATION :
The rental of a cottage or a chalet or a Lodge or a canvas portable bungalow or bungalow Ségosa or a garden bungalow for the number of persons indicated includes parking space for one vehicle (2 cars for the chalet, Le Lodge, cottages Azur and Alizé), cooking utensils, bed linen is provided including a protective fitted mattress sheet, pillow cases and throw-away sheets (not made of cotton). Replacement throw-away bed linens are available for purchase at the reception desk. Option of renting cloth sheets and additional coverage.
During the seasonal period starting from the 06/07 to the 02/09, reservations are obligatory from Saturday, Sunday or Monday from 4 p.m. until departures on Saturday, Sunday or Monday at 10 a.m. For the period from 06/05 to 05/07 and from 03/09 to 20/09, reservations must be for a minimum of 2 nights.

PAYING FOR YOUR STAY :
• You book and pay by internet : if a camp site is available, a receipt will be sent to you by email resuming all the elements you have given. Your reservation is hereby confirmed
• You book by internet but you pay by other means : if a site is available, you will be sent a confirmation by email of your request, but the reservation is not confirmed. You dispose of 8 days to pay the deposit by whichever means suits you (bank cheque, vacation cheques, camping pass cheques, electronic transfer, cash mandate). Beyond the allowed delay of eight days your request will be cancelled
• In the case where a site is not available, you will receive a response by email.

The balance for rentals and pitches must be paid 30 days, at the latest, before the start of your stay.If payment is not received, we will assume your reservation is cancelled, conditions of which are explained.

Cooling-off period:
In accordance with article L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, none of the services and provisions proposed on this Site are subject to the cooling-off period stipulated in articles L. 121-20 and following of the French Consumer Code.
Consequently, the accommodation and leisure services ordered on the Site are exclusively subject to the cancellation conditions attached.

LATE ARRIVALS AND EARLY DEPARTURE :

By the client :
• Camping/caravanning : in case of late arrivals or of early departures, the dates on your reservation will be referred to and you will be charged accordingly.
• Rental accommodation : no reimbursement will be made by the camping for the reasons given above

The cancellation insurance you can subscribe to will reimburse lost days only (please consult us).
We will reserve your site or rental for 24 hours from your scheduled date of arrival. After this delay we cannot guarantee the booking.
Please, inform us in writing if your arrival date is delayed as phone messages will not be honoured.

By Club Marina-Landes :
Excepting expulsion of a client by the police for serious fault, only the competent Tribunal can decide in favour of compensating a client upon his request.

CANCELLATION :

By the client : in the case of cancellation your contract :
• More than 30 days before your reserved date of arrival, your deposit, reservation fee and cancellation insurance(optional) will be retained.
• Less than 30 days before your reserved date of arrival, the total amount of your payment, reservation fees and cancellation insurance (optional) will be retained.
If you have bought Cancellation Insurance, your contract will cover the reimbursement of the amounts paid (not including reservation fees and insurance) within the limits of the provisions the insurance settled.

By Club Marina-Landes : for client security reasons, the client will receive full reimbursement . Only a competent tribunal can decide in favour of compensating a client upon his request.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE (OPTIONAL) :

You can buy cancellation insurance that allows you to recover expenses due to the cancellation of your vacation or an early departure and in particular the amount paid up to :

Before your departure :
• 25% of the cost of your stay in the case of an event happening between the date of your reservation and the 30th day before the beginning of your reservation.
• 100% of the cost of your stay in the case of an event happening less than 30 days before this date.

During your stay :
You will be reimbursed of the amount corresponding to the part of your stay which you could not honour and which was already billed by the camping.

Reimbursed instances :
• Serious illness or serious accident or death to yourself or your spouse (official cohabitant), one of your relations in direct ascending or descending line, son-in-law or daughter-in-law.
• Death to a brother, sister, brother-in-law or sister-in-law.
• Considerable material damage to your property requiring your presence.
• Redundancy.
• Accident to or theft of your vehicle and/or caravan occurring on the direct journey to the place you are staying at.
• Permanent employment obtained subsequent to booking

In the case of damage, you must imperatively notify the camping management within 24 hours and send a letter if you must cancel your stay.
Notify your insurance within 48 hours and provide all the supporting documents of the event.

Do not forget that without insurance, you will not be reimbursed for any amount paid if you cancel or shorten you stay.

DEPOSIT :

For housing rental, a deposit of 200 € must be paid the day of your arrival. The deposit will be returned at the end of your stay, less deductions, in the event of property damage. Also a deposit of 75 € for eventual house cleaning fees will be required. His amount will be returned if the site is left in its original state of cleanliness.

INSURANCE :

Campers will benefit during their stay of civil liability insurance for all corporal or material damage.
Acceptance of this contract is only valid with the presentation of a valid civil liability insurance certificate covering the tent, caravan, camping-car, auto and civil liability.

EXTRACT OF THE INTERNAL REGULATION :

Any person wishing to spend a night at the camping site must :
• Register before and at the reception desk with proof of identity in order to complete required formalities.
• Agree to act in accordance with the internal regulations (posted at the reception desk and in various building at the campsite).
• Wear a « Marina » bracelet which will be given to them upon their arrival for the purpose of security identification while on the campsite.

The rentals are available from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. during July and August (out of season please contact us for the timetable). Departures must be before 10:00 a.m. in the morning.
Campsite places are available from 12:00 a.m. and must be vacated before 10:00 a.m. in the morning.
Late departures may be subject to payment of one supplementary night.

MINORS : Minors are not allowed unless accompanied by their parents.

ANIMALS : They are allowed on the camping places and in the renting accommodations.
They must be kept on a leash and never left alone in a car, caravan, camping car or tent. They are forbidden in the swimming pool and on the play grounds. Their updated vaccination card must be available for inspection. (Please specify the breed of your animal in the "remarks" section of the contract). Dogs from category 1 are not allowed (Pittbull, Bull Terrier, American staff ....) :departmental order 30/06/1992, 22/01/1985, 06/01/1999.

BARBECUES :Please note that private charcoal barbecues are not allowed except in designated places. Gas and electric barbecues are authorised on the sites. Collective charcoal-burning barbecues are put at guests' disposal. Bring your own grill.

Anyone acting contrary to the internal regulation risks the immediate cancelling of their contract and will be required to leave the campsite immediately. In case of penal infraction the director reserves the right to call upon the Public Order.

OTHER INFORMATIONS :

The sanitary facilities are not equipped with toilet paper (except pool, sports club, mini-club, events room, reception and restaurant).

The campsite being located in the heart of a pine grove, pine resin may possibly drop on equipment. Think to bring a cover or resin remover (resin remover and cover on sale in the shop).
